UCLA Stein Eye Institute is a vision-science campus dedicated to the preservation and restoration of vision through its global programs and innovative research, quality patient care, and multidisciplinary, integrative education, all with community outreach.
Patient care has expanded and flourished since the Institute was founded in 1966; the Institute now treats more than 1,000 patients a day at the Westwood vision-science campus, and hundreds more at UCLA-affiliated hospitals and vision care centers across Southern California. Our SCORPIO team at UCLA is led by Dr. Edmund Tsui, an attending in the Stein Eye uveitis service, who is involved in a number of varying research studies and clinical trials at UCLA. We’re excited to be a part of the global SCORPIO team and look forward to learning everything we can from this study!
